I've been struggling with this ringworm for about 45 days now. At first, I thought it was just something minor, but after about 30 days, I figured out its actually ringworm. I'm using itchguard cream for temporary relief is this safe or should I be concerned? Would love to hear your advice on this.

Itchguard cream, containing clotrimazole, is an antifungal medication that can help treat ringworm, so using it temporarily is likely beneficial in reducing symptoms and fighting the infection; however, for optimal results and to ensure the infection is fully cleared, consider consulting a dermatologist for a comprehensive diagnosis and guidance on treatment duration and potential oral antifungal medications.

View allI've been using the Mintop 5% minoxidil solution for about a week and a half, and it feels like my hair loss has actually gotten worse instead of better. I'm a bit worried if this is normal or if I should stop using it. Could there be another medication I should consider?
Hair loss can sometimes worsen temporarily when starting minoxidil treatment. It is important to continue using the medication as directed. In addition to minoxidil, you can consider adding finasteride 1mg tablet once daily to your treatment regimen. Finasteride helps to block the hormone responsible for hair loss. Remember to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new medication.

I've had this white mark on my skin where I used to place a bindi, and it's been there for about a year. I stopped using the bindi because I thought the glue might be causing it, and switched to sindoor, but that didn't help either. The white spot has grown and now it itches, so I can't even use sindoor or tika on it. I'm 60 years old and I'm worried about what this could be. Could you please advise?
That could be due to allergy, visit dermatologist for appropriate management because that might need nourishing moisturiser and steroid based lotion

I'm experiencing a hair fall issue, and one of the doctors suggested I take Dutas capsules for 3 months. But I've read about some side effects, and they're mentioning that it could lead to impotence. Should I give it a try or not? I'm a bit confused and would really appreciate your advice.
side effects include nausea, headache etc , continue all the medications ..
