I've been struggling with some inflamed lymphoid tissue at the base of my tongue for about 12 weeks now, and nothing I try seems to work. What would you suggest is the best way to treat this and finally get some relief?

View allI've been waking up feeling really lightheaded and sometimes even get these spinning sensations. It started three days ago, and the first day was so bad I ended up vomiting a lot. I don't smoke or drink, and I exercise every day. I also recently changed my diet to reduce fat and sugar. What could be causing this?
Congratulations on finding relief with Cheston Cold! According to the typical dosage instructions, Cheston Cold is usually taken 2-3 times a day, or as directed by your doctor. However, I would recommend checking the label on your medication or consulting with your doctorpharmacist to confirm the specific dosage instructions for your particular case.

I'm dealing with post nasal drip and allergies for the last couple of months and things got worse when I flew recently. During landing, I felt this terrible pain in my ears like they might burst. The ear pain faded by the next day, but now I'm having trouble with a pain in the right side of my Adam's apple when I swallow. There aren't any other symptoms. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?

I've been noticing that there's occasionally blood in the mucus from my nose, and it's been happening over the last couple of months, every 10 to 15 days or so. I'm starting to worry a bit and was wondering if you could suggest anything to help with this?
Occasional blood in the nose mucus can be due to various reasons such as dry air, allergies, or nasal infections. To help alleviate this issue, you can try using a saline nasal spray to keep your nasal passages moist. Additionally, you can use a humidifier in your room to add moisture to the air. It's also important to avoid picking your nose and to gently blow your nose when needed. If the problem persists, you can consider using over-the-counter nasal decongestants like Afrin (oxymetazoline) for a few days, but be sure to follow the recommended dosage instructions.
