I've been struggling with trying to go to the toilet because I can't seem to pee. It's really weird and painful, and the pain is spreading to my stomach and the area around my kidneys. What could be going on with me?

View allI have bilateral varicocele with sizes 2.3 mm and 2.6 mm, diagnosed as grade 1. I'm really hesitant about surgery has anyone successfully treated varicocele using just ayurvedic or natural remedies? Looking for options that don't involve going under the knife.
Grade 1 varicocele may not need surgery—Ayurvedic therapies like leech therapy, herbs, and lifestyle changes help in some.

I drink a lot of water every day but I pee very frequently like within an hour after drinking 500ml. Is this a urinary problem? If I don't drink water, I can go 5 hours without feeling the urge. My dad recently had prostate surgery at 75 could I have something similar? Also, how do I bring up checking my testicles with the doc since it's related to my urinary issues? Should I get any tests done to figure this out?
Peeing frequently is often the result of drinking too much fluid but can indicate conditions such as urethritis or urinary tract infections. Urinating is how the body removes waste fluids. Urine, which contains water, uric acid, urea, and toxins, stays in the bladder until it reaches a point of fullness.

Had a vasectomy in December but still noticing white semen during ejaculation. Is this normal or should I be concerned about the surgery not working properly?
It's normal to have white semen after a vasectomy. While the vasectomy prevents sperm from being carried in the semen, the body still produces fluids and other substances that make up the ejaculate, which usually appear white or cloudy.
