I've been taking Amlong 2.5 mg twice a day, but over the past four days, my blood pressure hasn't gone below 150100. I'm really concerned about this. Do you have any advice on what I should do next?

I've been dealing with high bp since 2017 and have been taking medscinod and nebicard. Everything was stable until I gained around 10kgs after getting married, and now my bp is often spiking to 140150 and 9095. I've started incorporating some physical activity and diet control into my routine. Do you think I should consider changing my medications along with these lifestyle changes?
