I've been dealing with worms for a while now, but lately, my anus has become super itchy. I'm also noticing worms in my stool every night. What's going on with me, and do you have any advice on what I should do next?

Based on the ultrasound report: *Key Findings* 1. *Left Renal Cortical Cysts Grade II*: Two small, non-cancerous cysts (2.3 x 1.9 cm) are present in the lower pole of the left kidney. 2. *Fatty Changes in Liver*: Indicates a potential liver condition, possibly related to high blood pressure or other factors. 3. *Prostatomegaly*: Enlargement of the prostate gland, which can be a normal part of aging. *Recommendations* 1. *Regular Follow-ups*: Schedule regular check-ups with your doctor to monitor the cysts and other conditions. 2. *Blood Pressure Management*: Continue to manage your high blood pressure through lifestyle changes and medication (if prescribed). 3. *Prostate Monitoring*: Discuss prostate-specific antigen (PSA) testing and other monitoring options with your doctor. 4. *Liver Health*: Maintain a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet and regular exercise, to support liver health.

I've been having this weird fluttering feeling under my left rib cage and I'm not sure what it might be. On top of that, I've been constantly bloated for the past month no matter what I eat or if I don't eat at all. It's really uncomfortable, and I'm dealing with constipation every now and then too. Is there anything I can do to help with this?

It sounds like you might be dealing with digestive issues like bloating, constipation, or possibly even something like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). To ease the symptoms, try eating smaller meals, drinking plenty of water, and considering foods that are easier to digest. If it persists, its a good idea to consult with a doctor for further evaluation.

I've been taking Cirrosam 400 mg and Ursocol 300 mg once a day for the past three days, and my SGPT and SGOT levels are close to 150. I'm wondering if it's okay to drink alcohol while on these meds or if that could be harmful?

-It's not safe to consume alcohol while taking Cirrosam and Ursocol, as both medications are used to support liver function, and alcohol can further strain the liver. It's best to avoid alcohol during this treatment to prevent potential liver damage. Alwa
