I'm having trouble with this weird jerking feeling in my stomach when I'm about to sleep, and it really keeps me awake. It's strange because it gets worse even with a little noise. When I wake up in the morning, I can't lie down without my mind racing and that seems to make my stomach uncomfortable, though there's no actual pain.
