I've been taking medication for a month which helped reduce my cough and lower my eosinophil count. But a few days ago, I accidentally drank a glass of cold water, and now my cough is back really badly. My eosinophil count has increased to 498. I'm worried and just wondering what I can do to get back on track and feel better. Any advice on how to manage this?

View allI'm dealing with asthma and I've been taking moticope tablets for around six years now, every other day. I think I'm getting addicted because if I miss a dose, I can't sleep at all that night, which is starting to scare me. I really don't want any long-term side effects from this. Is there any way I can break this habit? Are there any alternatives that won't cause side effects? Also, for the past year, I've been feeling a mild burning sensation when I pee. A urologist said everything looks normal, but I'm worried if it could be from the moticope tablets. Can you give me some advice?
If you experience an acute asthma attack, it is necessary to use your inhaler for relief. Monticope may cause some common side effects like anxiety, aggression, lack of sleep

I've been dealing with a cough for about two months now, and it hasn't gone away. I got an X-ray done, and everything looked fine, and my CBC results came back normal too. But this cough just won't go away. What could be causing it and what should I do next?
Syrup corex DX 10ml orally ,thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.

I'm really worried. I've been having a constant temperature between 99.2 and 99.6 for over a month and a half now. We did all the tests like blood and urine cultures and they came back negative. I've taken the usual antibiotics but they didn't help. My doctor suggested a chest CT and now there's a suspicion of TB. He mentioned getting a TB test, but I don't have any cough or cold, so we can't do a sputum test. Could you take a look at the CT scan and let me know if it really looks like TB? Also, are there any other confirmatory tests we can do for TB apart from the sputum test?
CBNAAT is the confirmatory test for tuberculosis
