I've been taking medication for a month which helped reduce my cough and lower my eosinophil count. But a few days ago, I accidentally drank a glass of cold water, and now my cough is back really badly. My eosinophil count has increased to 498. I'm worried and just wondering what I can do to get back on track and feel better. Any advice on how to manage this?

I'm struggling a lot with my recent diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis. I've got this stubborn cough that just won't go away, I can't seem to sleep well at night, and I keep running a low-grade fever. It's really frustrating because I can't taste food properlyeverything has this weird bitter taste. Since I know there's no cure for pulmonary fibrosis, I'm really hoping to find ways to manage these symptoms and get some relief. Could you please guide me on what steps I might take?

there's a treatment for fibrosis, kindly refer to physician

I'm a bit concerned because for the past year, I've been dealing with excess mucus, especially in the morning, and it's usually yellow or gray. I did an IgE test and an X-ray back in April, and the doctor said it was a seasonal allergy, suggesting I take Montek LC at bedtime for a month, but I only stuck with it for a week. Occasionally, about once a week or even less, I get shortness of breath around bedtime. Recently, I got the Covaxin vaccine about five days ago, and since then, I've noticed that my blood pressure is a bit low at 10570, and I've been getting shortness of breath and a rapid heartbeat at times. Could this be from the vaccine, or is it the allergies acting up? I also experience some gastric issues, like passing a lot of gas. I work out almost daily and don't have any other health problems, my SPO2 levels are usually between 96 and 98. What do you think I should do for treatment?

gastritis and anxiety

I just moved to Bengaluru and for the past four nights, I've been waking up in the middle of the night struggling to breathe. Before coming here, I was getting Ayurvedic treatment for Allergic Rhinitis but stopped once I moved. I'm worried if this breathing issue is somehow connected to the Allergic Rhinitis. Could it be related?

yes do to allergens
