I've been taking medication for a month which helped reduce my cough and lower my eosinophil count. But a few days ago, I accidentally drank a glass of cold water, and now my cough is back really badly. My eosinophil count has increased to 498. I'm worried and just wondering what I can do to get back on track and feel better. Any advice on how to manage this?

I'm a bit worried about my health right now. Back in August 2020, I had an HRCT chest scan to check for COVID, and although it wasn't COVID, they found bilateral minimal pleural effusion and mentioned something about an infective cause. Now I'm planning to get a single-view chest X-ray following COVID to see if anything has changed. I'm unsure if this kind of X-ray is enough to show bilateral pleural effusion if it's still there. Do you think a different type of X-ray is necessary, or will this single view be sufficient?

I've always struggled with cough and cold, and I was diagnosed with TB when I was just 10, but I completed the full treatment back then. Now I'm 29, and my recent blood tests for CBC and ESR have me worried. My results show my eosinophils at 35, which I know isn't normal, and my WBC counts are off too. Could this be something serious or life-threatening? My doctor recommended taking Hetrazan 100 once a day for three months. Is this the right approach? I heard that high eosinophil counts aren't a disease themselves, but it's important to find the underlying cause. Could this be related to my past TB? Should I consider getting a second opinion from another doctor? I'm pretty anxious about all this. What should I do?

I've been dealing with a cough that comes and goes for the last 8 days. I got a chest X-ray done. Can you take a look at it and tell me whats going on? I havent had a fever or a runny nose.

Sputum for AFB and microscopy,x-ray chest pa view, complete blood count,esr and C-reactive protein is advised to the patient.
