I've been taking one meftal spas tablet on the first day of my periods to deal with painful cramps, and it usually helps with the pain pretty quickly. But I've noticed that my bleeding has really lessened over time. I only bleed for around two days now, and then there's just a bit of brown or blackish discharge. I'm wondering if the medication could be causing this change, or could there be some other reason for it?

Reduced bleeding and the brown or black spotting you are experiencing could be due to the use of Meftal Spas tablet. Meftal Spas contains a combination of Dicyclomine and Mefenamic Acid, which is commonly used to relieve menstrual pain and cramps. However, if you are concerned about the changes in your menstrual bleeding pattern, it is advisable to consult with your gynecologist for further evaluation and management.

View allI'm a bit concerned because my friend has told me there's been no physical relationship with his wife, but she claims they have and even mentioned being pregnant once. The pregnancy test was negative, though. Is there any kind of test that can determine a woman's virginity? If so, could you explain how that test works? I'm looking for some guidance on this, as it's a confusing situation for him.

How do I know I pill has worked?
You can find out if it worked by taking a pregnancy test 3 weeks after when you took the pill.

I'm hoping to get some clarity about something that came up in my sister's recent ultrasound. It mentioned a mild prominence of the bilateral pelvicalyceal system. I'm a bit concerned about what this actually means for the baby and how serious it could be. She's currently 6.5 months pregnant, and I'm wondering if there are any steps we should be taking at this point. Any advice would be appreciated!
mild prominence of bilateral pelvicalyceal system is typically not serious and often resolves naturally. However, it is important to follow up with your doctor for ongoing monitoring to ensure the babys kidneys are developing properly. After birth, if necessary, the baby may undergo further tests to assess kidney function.
