I've been taking the pill Septilin once a day for the past year since I got diagnosed with a respiratory allergy. I usually experience coughing, chest pressure, and a whistling sound when breathing at night. I'm also on an anxiety pill, Vetodep 20, once a day. Can I get the COVID-19 vaccine, and if so, what precautions should I be aware of?

I just got my test results back: my Mentaux test is positive and my chest X-ray shows some bronchetactics changes in the left upper-mid zone. There's also been mention of bronchial wall thickening and nodular densities in the upper zone. The report says it could be an infectious or inflammatory issue. I'm really worriedis this something serious that needs immediate attention, or is it likely to improve on its own? Any advice on how to handle this would be really appreciated.

I'm really worried as my friend tested COVID positive just four days ago. They're fully vaccinated and don't have any major symptoms, and their oxygen level is between 98-99 with a pulse rate of 80.
