I've been taking TELMA H for the past two years for my high blood pressure. I'm a bit concerned and was wondering if there are any drawbacks or side effects of staying on this medication for so long.

View allmy mom had rheumatic heart disease and got a 17mm St Jude mechanical valve replaced in 2017 but now she has severe PAH and eosinophilia along with good LV function - should we be worried about how the valve is functioning or could these new issues be related to her past surgery
It's understandable to be concerned about your mom's health. While the St. Jude mechanical valve itself is generally reliable, severe PAH and eosinophilia can be related to the past rheumatic heart disease or the surgery

I'm wondering how long one Amlong 5mg tablet works to lower blood pressure. My BP levels are still low even after five days, and I'm not someone who's normally dealing with blood pressure issues. Is this normal, or should I be concerned?
one day, continue same medications for BP.
