I've been taking Vertin 16 mg for the past four months for Meniere's disease and it's been helping me feel better. But now I'm starting to wonder if there could be any long-term effects or harm from using it for so long. Could it be causing any issues I should be worried about?

View allI've been dealing with a fever and cold that started about a week ago. The fever and cold cleared up in two days, but now I'm stuck with this cough that wont go away. Its so bad I've lost my voice, and when it does come out, it's really weak. Im finding it hard to communicate properly. Do you have any advice on how to get my voice back and get rid of this persistent cough?

I'm experiencing a sudden issue with hearing in my left ear, and it sounds like there's wind blowing in there. I'm currently taking Tinnicar, but I'm concerned about what's happening. Should I be worried, and is there anything else I can do to alleviate this?

Is there a natural or Ayurvedic way to fix DNS without surgery? Can sutra neti help correct it or are there any other non-surgical treatments that work?
some non-surgical treatments can help manage symptoms of a deviated nasal septum (DNS), they cannot fix the underlying structural issue. Surgery, specifically septoplasty, is generally considered the only effective way to correct a deviated septum Yes, Ayurveda can offer natural remedies for sinusitis and potential relief from breathing difficulties caused by a deviated septum (DNS), even if surgery is not desired. Ayurvedic practices like Nasya, Neti, and lifestyle changes can help manage symptoms and potentially improve breathing
