I've been taking Vertin 16 mg for the past four months for Meniere's disease and it's been helping me feel better. But now I'm starting to wonder if there could be any long-term effects or harm from using it for so long. Could it be causing any issues I should be worried about?

Doctor I just found out I have tonsils and I'm thinking about getting surgery to remove them. How long will it take to recover after the surgery? Will I be able to talk normally right away? I work night shifts and can't really take time off so I'm worried about how this will affect my job. How well does recovery usually go?

for P/E ENT specialist opinion is advised to the patient.

I recently started taking Mucolite SR for the sticky mucus at the back of my nose. I'm unsure whether it's better to take it in the morning before food or in the evening. Could you advise on the best time to take it? I'm really eager to know what would work best for my situation.

It can be taken at any time of the day as it is a sustained release and a long acting drug, take it your convince and stick to the same routine. You may notice increased secretions while taking mucolite to minimise it try taking Levo cetrizine before sleep to avoid irritation.

I've had surgery on my ear because there was this small hole, and before that, my ear kept getting wet. It's been 15 days since the surgery, and everything seemed fine, even though I had this heartbeat sound in my ear for the first 45 days. After 8 days, they took the dressing off, and it all seemed normal. But now, on the 14th day post-surgery, there's this non-stop vibrating noise in my ear. Does this mean my surgery didnt work as it should have? It was okay for over two months, and now this. What could be going on?

After surgery such as tympanoplasty it is common to have symptoms such as your for atleast three weeks. It is not really abnormal. Complete recovery and healing may take upto three months. Unless pus starts coming out of your ears, you need not worry much
