I've been told I have a cyst in my right ovary measuring 131111 cms with a volume of 827 cc. Is surgery the only option or are there other treatments I can consider?

I'm a bit concerned about some symptoms I'm experiencing. My partner and I had sex around my ovulation, specifically on day 14 of my cycle, and now just two days after, I'm noticing weakness, leg cramps, and feeling like I'm going to vomit, but without actually throwing up. Could these be early signs of pregnancy?

Its possible that these symptoms could be early signs of pregnancy, but they can also be linked to hormonal changes around ovulation. If your period is late, a home pregnancy test can help clarify whether you're pregnant.

I have a 13.3 mm secretory hyperplastic endometrium and two myomas one anterior subserous 31x24 mm and another posterior panmural 76x68 mm. The myometrial-endometrial interface is intact, and my cervix is normal. There's a 21 mm dominant follicle in my right ovary with a corpus luteum, and my ovaries measure 38x21 mm (right) and 31x17 mm (left). No free fluid in the adnexae, but some in the POD. My doctor is recommending surgery are there any alternatives I can consider?

Myomas more than 5cm are theorically better to b removed.. More so if u have menstrual disturbances or difficulty in getting pregnant
