I've been told to try using DermaDew Bact Soap for my acne, and I'm wondering if it's okay to use other skincare products after I wash my face with it. Could there be any negative effects? I'm kinda worried and would love some advice.

View allI'm losing my hair a lot and it's really freaking me out. Plus, I've got this constant itching on my scalp and I have no clue what's causing it. Can you help me figure out what's going on and suggest something for the itching and hair loss? I'm really worried.
Hair loss and itching on the scalp can be due to various reasons such as fungal infections, dandruff, or even stress. To address the itching on your head, you can use a medicated shampoo containing ketoconazole or selenium sulfide. One popular brand is Nizoral shampoo, which you can use twice a week. For hair fall, you can try using minoxidil solution such as Rogaine. Apply 1 ml of Rogaine solution twice daily on the scalp where hair loss is occurring. Additionally, make sure to eat a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals to support hair growth

I've been dealing with psoriasis for almost 15 years now and have tried numerous medications, but I haven't had any luck in clearing it up. I'm really wondering if there's any proper and permanent treatment out there for this condition. Could you share any insights or advice?
while there's no definitive "cure" for psoriasis, various treatments can help manage and control symptoms; consider consulting a dermatologist about advanced therapies like biologics (e.g., etanercept, adalimumab), apremilast, or JAK inhibitors, which have shown significant efficacy in achieving and maintaining clearance, especially for moderate-to-severe cases
