I've been told to use biluma advanced skin lightening lotion and Demelan screen for the dark spots on my forehead from acne. I'm really concerned because I can't use anything with steroids in it. Do these products contain steroids? My forehead got darker after I used the deriva cms gel for a couple of months, and it didn't help with my acne. Lately, I've switched to aziderm for the acne, and it's been about two weeks. Does this sound okay to you?

Plus, I've noticed my scalp is getting oilier and my hair keeps falling out more than usual. What's going on, and what should I do?
I recommend using a medicated shampoo containing ketoconazole 2% to help with the flakes and scalp irritation. You can use it twice a week for 4 weeks, then once a week for maintenance. Additionally, you can use a coal tar shampoo to help with the scaling and itching. Make sure to leave the shampoo on for 5-10 minutes before rinsing off. In case of increased oil secretion, you can use a shampoo containing salicylic acid to help control the oiliness. If the condition persists, it's best to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I'm really concerned about these red rings that keep appearing under my thighs. They seem to go away when I use the cream, but as soon as I stop, they come back. Occasionally, I also feel some itching on my lower back and under my hips. The only thing that seems to be working is Dermiford.
