I've been told to use biluma advanced skin lightening lotion and Demelan screen for the dark spots on my forehead from acne. I'm really concerned because I can't use anything with steroids in it. Do these products contain steroids? My forehead got darker after I used the deriva cms gel for a couple of months, and it didn't help with my acne. Lately, I've switched to aziderm for the acne, and it's been about two weeks. Does this sound okay to you?

View allI'm dealing with some skin issues and could use your advice. I've got acne on my cheeks and this annoying itchiness around my nose. I heard about mixing Fudic BNF cream with ketoconazole for these kinds of problems. Is it safe to use them together for both the acne and the itchy areas? I'm really not sure and I don't want to make things worse. What do you think?

I accidentally popped what I think was a sebaceous cyst inside my elbow, and now there's this dull, numb pain when I touch it, which wasn't there before. Should I be worried, or is it just a part of the healing process?
clean and dressing the wound regularly otherwise it leads to infection

I've been struggling with itching all over my body for the past 3 years and nothing seems to help. I've tried avil, citrezine, and dexona injections, and even allerga, but no relief. I noticed that my lymphocyte count is pretty high at 55.8. What could be causing this?
Persistent whole-body itching for 3 years, despite trying various medications, suggests an underlying condition that needs further investigation; high lymphocyte count (55.8%) may indicate an allergic reaction, infection, or immune system disorder; consider consulting a dermatologist
