I've been trying so hard to quit smoking and just decided to finally kick the habit. I stumbled onto something online about lung wash procedures that apparently help clear out the tar in the lungs from smoking. Does anyone know where I can get a regular lung wash done in Gurgaon? I'm really curious if this could help me breathe better.

View allI've just been diagnosed with mild intermittent asthma and my doctor prescribed the Foracort 200 brown inhaler. I've been using it for 5 days now, but I haven't really noticed any improvement. How long does it typically take to work? Is there anything else I should be doing, or is it normal to wait a bit longer to see results? Would love some guidance on this.
It can take a few days to a couple of weeks to notice significant improvement with inhalers like Foracort 200, as they help reduce inflammation in the airways. If you're not feeling better soon, it's a good idea to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation.

I'm really worried because for the last couple of months I've been noticing dark blood streaks in my sputum, mostly in the morning or sometimes throughout the day. It's really concerning me, especially since I only see these streaks when I blow my nose and spit. The ENT I visited said my throat is inflamed and gave me a nasal spray and something called drez gargling. Even after seeing a pulmonologist and getting all sorts of tests like x-rays, blood tests, sputum tests, and urine tests, everything came back normal. I was given styptocid tablets and zady 250 mg for a few days, but the issue is still there. I dont even have a cough. What steps should I take next?
Thats unusual, visit General Physician for appropriate approach.and maintain balanced diet and healthy lifestyle
