I've been using androanagen solution at night, redensyl serum in the morning, and taking follihair tablets after breakfast. I'm thinking about adding a derma roller to my routine once a week. Do you think this could lead to any side effects?

Only prp will not work. You are suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. This may also be accompanied by severe dandruff. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is a lotion and tablets. There is no other alternative. Ive been trying to get glowing skin, and I'm really curious about how to achieve it. Is it actually possible to make my skin glow, or is that just a myth? Any advice you could share would be great!
There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat.

I've got these dandruff issues and my doctor gave me diprovate plus cream, but I'm a bit confused on how to use it on my scalp. Do I need to wash it off after applying, and could it mess with my hair in any way? I'm just trying to figure out the right way to apply it.
Yes u need to wash it after applicatio of the edication.
