I've been using Deriva BPO gel for my moderate acne, but after a week, I started to notice some redness. Now, the redness has gone down, but there's still this dark area around my mouth. Could this be hyperpigmentation from the gel, or might it be caused by something else?

View allI'm a 25-year-old woman, and I recently had hand surgery. My surgeon put me on Acuvin and Cetil 500, and I've been taking them for four days. I've started experiencing vaginal itching since then. My doctor hasn't given me anything for it. Do you have any suggestions on what might be causing this or what I can do to deal with it?
Candid cream for local application is advised for 3 weeks, along with tab flucanozole 150 mg once a week for 2 weeks is advised to the patient.
