I've been using Deriva BPO gel for my moderate acne, but after a week, I started to notice some redness. Now, the redness has gone down, but there's still this dark area around my mouth. Could this be hyperpigmentation from the gel, or might it be caused by something else?

I've been dealing with some pretty bad acne, and it got worse when I accidentally rubbed it too hard, turning into an infected pus. My doctor suggested I use T bact for it, but I'm really worried about the scars it might leave behind. What can I do to help with the scarring?

I'm having a really uncomfortable problem with sweating a lot in my groin area, especially around my anus and testicles. It's causing a pretty bad smell and it feels greasy down there, plus it makes my underwear dirty. I've already shaved the pubic hair and switched to wearing boxers instead of briefs, but the sweating hasn't stopped. I make sure to wash the area thoroughly when I shower in the morning, but still by the afternoon it starts again and seems to get worse by nighttime. Can you suggest any lotion or powder to help keep the area dry and clean all day?

I've been struggling with large pores on my skin leftover from past acne, and I've got some scars too. I don't really get breakouts anymore, but these holes just won't go away. Is there anything you recommend that could help shrink these pores or make them less noticeable?
