I've been using Dk gel and Dazit M tablet for like 5 months, and suddenly I noticed these weird red spots on my thighs. They're not itchy or anything, but they went away as soon as I stopped with the Dazit M. So now I'm wondering if I can switch to LHist instead of Dazit M for maybe better results?

I've been dealing with post-acne pigmentation on my cheeks, forehead, and chin, and my doctor recommended using Glambak gel. It's been about a month now, and I've noticed some reduction in dark spots and an improvement in my skin tone, which is great. But I'm a bit worried about whether I should keep using the cream long-term to maintain even skin tone. Will my skin tone go darker if I stop using it? I do use sunscreen regularly, but I'm just a bit confused about what the best approach might be. Can you help me figure this out?
