I've been using duolin respule directly for nebulisation without diluting it for about 15-20 days now. I'm starting to worry if that's okay or if there could be any side effects from not diluting it. Could this be harmful in any way? I'm really unsure about this and could use some guidance.

Taking Duolin respule directly without diluting it for nebulization can lead to potential side effects such as increased heart rate, palpitations, tremors, headache, nervousness, dry mouth, and muscle cramps. It is important to follow the proper instructions for nebulization to ensure the medication is delivered effectively and safely. To dilute Duolin respule for nebulization, you can use normal saline solution.

I've been dealing with this uncontrollable cough and this thick, frothy sputum for almost four weeks now and it's not getting better. It's really hard to breathe with the coughing being non-stop. I'm starting to get worried. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

This could be a sign of a respiratory infection or condition such as pneumonia or bronchitis. I recommend you take an over-the-counter cough suppressant like Delsym (dextromethorphan) as directed on the package. Additionally, you can use an expectorant like Mucinex (guaifenesin) to help loosen the mucus. It is important to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention promptly.

The pus from my cervical TB infection was drained but the lump hasn't gone away yet. The lab confirmed it's tuberculosis and I'm on FORECOX (Isoniazid, Pyrazinamide, Ethambutol) twice daily. Should I get any other tests done to check if the treatment is working or if there's more going on

It's important to monitor the progress of your cervical TB treatment and the lymph node after draining the pus. While the drug regimen you're on (FORECOX) is effective, additional tests may be needed to confirm the effectiveness of the treatment and rule out any other potential complications.

It's really taking a toll on me. What could be causing these recurring symptoms? Is there something else I should be doing or asking my doctor about?
