I've been using this Fintop ointment for a year now, but my allergy isn't getting any better and I'm feeling really frustrated about it. Could you share any advice or suggestions? I'm really worried.

I'm really worried because I recently moved to Hyderabad and my hair's been falling out a lot. I heard it's because the water in my apartment is really hard, from bore water. I put in a shower filter and used it once, but my hair is still falling out like crazy when I comb it. What else can I do to stop this or at least fix the damage? Can you help?
