I've been using gestone 200 tablets vaginally since day 17 of my cycle, and now it's been 30 days without my period. I've noticed some light bleeding though. Could this mean I'm pregnant, or does gestone typically cause a delay in periods?

Can I get pregnant with irregular period?

Yes, if sexual intercourse occurs during ovulation time then you can get pregnant. Ovulation time is from day 12 to day 17 (first day of period counted as day 1) usually in women with regular periods. In women with iregular periods, ovulation can happen anytime, thereby not knowing the time to do sexual intercourse.

My wife is currently 8 weeks pregnant, and during her last ultrasound, they couldn't detect any cardiac activity. The final report mentioned something about a likely missed abortion. Our gynecologist wants us to continue with the medication since there haven't been any miscarriage symptoms yet. Hi, It is usually a very stressful time if a heart beat is not discovered. Sometimes it can come a bit later and sometimes it can lead due to a miscarriage. In a missed abortion if usually dont get any symptoms.
