I've been using MELALUMIN cream for over two months now to deal with pigmentation on my face, particularly around my nose on both sides. At first, it seemed to work well in the first month, but now I don't see any improvements. Could my skin have become resistant to the ingredients? An alternative cream that you can try for pigmentation is Hydroquinone in combination with Tretinoin cream and corticosteroid cream. You can apply a thin layer of this combination cream once daily at night. Make sure to use a sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from further pigmentation.

I'm currently using Evion 400, which is a vitamin E tablet, and I've been mixing it with aloe vera gel to apply on my face and hands at night. Is this safe to continue? Can you give me some advice on whether it's a good idea or not?
