I've been using Mela Care cream for the past three months, and my skin was looking great at first. But now, it's taken a turn for the worse. My skin looks really bad, I've got dark spots on my nose, and there are dark circles around my eyes. I'm a bit worried and looking for advice. Do you know of any safe creams or treatments that could help with these issues?

Considering your experience with Melacare, you may want to try alternative products. For dark spots and dark circles:
Dark Spots:
- Kojic acid creams: Reduce melanin production.
- Niacinamide creams: Improve skin hyperpigmentation.
- Vitamin C creams: Antioxidant properties help reduce dark spots.
Dark Circles:
- Caffeine eye creams: Reduce puffiness and dark circles.
- Peptide eye creams: Improve skin elasticity and reduce dark circles.
- Vitamin K eye creams: Help reduce discoloration.
Some safe and effective cream options:
- Cetaphil: Gentle, non-comedogenic moisturizers.
- Neutrogena: Offers a range of products addressing dark spots and dark circles.
- La Roche-Posay: Provides products with caffeine, vitamin C, and niacinamide.
Always:
- Consult a dermatologist before trying new products.
- Patch test creams on a small area before using.
- Follow a consistent skincare routine and sun protection.

View allI'm dealing with severe hair fall after recovering from dengue last month, and my dermatologist recommended ADHAIR tablets and KZ lotion. I came across some online reviews suggesting that ADHAIR might have side effects, especially post-marriage. Is this true? What side effects should I be worried about? Can I safely continue using the tablets?

I've been dealing with persistent itching between my thighs and around my private areas. I started using coconut oil, and it seems to help for a couple of days, but then the irritation comes back. It's also itchy underneath my breasts. What could be causing this, and what can I do to make it stop for good?
You may be experiencing a fungal infection in those areas. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply it twice a day in the affected areas for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks to treat the infection from within. Make sure to keep the affected areas clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to help with the itching and irritation.
