I've been using Melacare cream for about 3 years now, and I'm starting to notice my skin is becoming really red and I feel this burning sensation. I'm really worried and seriously considering stopping the use of this cream. Can you suggest any measures I should take?

I'm dealing with really itchy skin, and nothing seems to be working. I've already tried Moxikind CV 625 and Nuforce, but I'm still struggling. Could you tell me what medicine might actually help with this?

The medications you mentioned are antibiotics, which may not be effective for treating itchiness of the skin. For itchy skin, you can try taking an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10mg once daily. In addition, applying a soothing lotion containing Calamine can also help relieve the itchiness. Make sure to stay hydrated and avoid scratching the affected area to prevent further irritation.
