I've been using Melamet cream for about a month, but when I stopped, I noticed I ended up with hyperpigmentation. I'm really concerned about this because I want to find a cream that'll help remove these pigmentation marks without any nasty side effects. Could you guide me on what I should use? I really need some advice.

View allI'm really concerned because I've been using glyco 6 for half an hour at night and then switching to tyrolite cream overnight for my hyperpigmentation, as my dermatologist recommended. Instead of improving, the dark spots on my face have gotten worse. Should I keep using these creams? I'm not quite sure how they affect my skin. Could the marks be caused by glyco 6? Does glyco 6 peel the skin before it starts to improve the condition?
The sudden increase in dark spots after using Glyco 6 and Tyro-Lite cream may be due to the initial skin reaction, as Glyco 6 (containing glycolic acid) can cause a temporary darkening or "purging" effect as it exfoliates and peels the skin, revealing underlying pigment; however, it's essential to consult your dermatologist

I'm dealing with some tiny pimples on my forehead and have rough skin around my cheeks, and I'm wondering if it's okay to use Azee 250 and Isotroin to help with this? Is this combination safe for treating skin issues like mine, or should I consider alternatives? Id really like to get my skin back to normal and would appreciate any advice on the best approach.
Yes, these antibiotics are generally used in the treatment of acne vulgaris, however it is not recommended to take these tablets without consulting a qualified dermatologist.

I'm looking for advice on how to heal wounds more quickly. Are there any medications or tablets that can help speed up the healing process when used alongside regular dressing? Also, is Betadine an effective ointment for treating small wounds? Any guidance would be appreciated!
For healing wounds faster, some tablets that may be prescribed include Sigmoilalm and Ciprofloxacin. Along with these tablets, general dressing and proper wound care are essential for promoting effective wound healing and preventing infection.
