I've been using Melamet cream for dark spot removal, and I saw it contains Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, and Mometasone Furoate. I'm a bit concerned about whether it's safe to use this regularly on my face. Could you share some advice on this?

I've been dealing with acne scars for a while now and I remember using Clinagel which had Clindamycin phosphate 1% and allantoin, and it actually worked really well for me. But it seems like it's not available anymore. Could you suggest a similar alternative that just includes these two ingredients? I'm really looking for something as effective.

I've got these burns from hot oil splashing on me in the kitchen a couple of days ago. The blisters have started to open up, and I'm not sure what to do about them. A friend gave me some clobetasol propionate cream 0.05%. Will that actually help with my burns? Most of them are small on my right arm and chest, but there are a few as big as 12 inches. Im kind of unsure about using this cream on the burns. Could you advise?

Yes you can use it,rather than that u can also use megaheal or silkal gel for good results

I've got quite a few holes on my face from acne. What are some effective creams or treatments to help remove them?

Acne scars can be treated with topical creams containing ingredients like retinoids, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid. You can try using a cream like Mederma Advanced Scar Gel, applying it to the affected areas twice a day. Additionally, you can use a cream with hydroquinone, such as Ambi Skincare Fade Cream, to help lighten any dark spots left by acne. Remember to apply sunscreen during the day to protect your skin.
