I've been using Melas cream for over a month, but I recently stopped because my skin keeps peeling. I'm really worried about how to get my skin back to normal. Do you have any recommendation on which cream might help with the recovery?

After stopping the use of Melas, it is important to allow your skin to recover. You can use a gentle moisturizing cream containing ingredients like aloe vera or hyaluronic acid to help soothe and hydrate your skin. Additionally, you can use a mild steroid cream like hydrocortisone 1% to reduce inflammation and promote healing. Make sure to apply these creams as directed by the manufacturer or your healthcare provider. It is also important to protect your skin from further damage by avoiding sun exposure and using a broad-spectrum sunscreen.

I'm really struggling with an acne problem that I've been dealing with for what feels like forever, maybe 6 or 7 years. It's super frustrating because just when I think it's gone, it comes back again. Right now, my doctor has me on tretiva 30 mg, and it seems to be helping a lot. But I'm worried about whether there are any negative effects of taking tretiva. Can you give me some insight into what I should watch out for?

I'm trying to figure out which tablet might be better for giving my skin a healthy glow. Between Antoxid HC and Ethiglo, which one would you recommend? My skin's been looking pretty dull and lifeless, so I'd appreciate any advice you have.

I'm concerned about this connection between vitamin D deficiency and seborrheic dermatitis. My vitamin D levels are at 10.53, which seems low, and I have seborrheic dermatitis. My doctor mentioned there's no link, but I read somewhere that vitamin D deficiency might cause seborrheic dermatitis. I'm confused and would appreciate some clarity on whether there's any real connection or if it's just a coincidence. Could my low vitamin D be affecting my skin condition in some way?
