I've been using Minoxidil 2 two times a day for the last 3 months and it really helped with my hair fall. I was thrilled to see less hair in my comb and shower, plus I noticed some new growth. But now I'm dealing with unexpected facial hair, like around my forehead, under my eyes, and on the sides of my cheeks. It's making me self-conscious again because it's quite noticeable, especially on my forehead where it's longer. I'm wondering if reducing the dose might help, maybe applying it just once a day? I'm worried though that it might cause the hair loss to return. Is there another way to deal with this side effect? Would love some advice on how to handle this situation.

your features looks like a condition called hirsutism which could be due to androgen imbalance, this might not be due to minoxidil lotion ,u can make the frequency to once daily as your hair fall issue is resolved, visit Dermatologist as soon as possible for further evaluation.

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with itching in my testicles for the last two weeks, and it's just getting worse. I've been taking some medication for three days now, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. What should I do next?

You may be experiencing a fungal infection. I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice a day for at least 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting underwear to help with the itching.

I noticed that the redness has come back on my penis foreskin after using Candid B, which helped at first. The redness is mainly at the bottom of the foreskin near the penis head, but there are no ulcers and it doesn't itch. Should I be concerned about this recurring redness, or is it normal? What should I do next?

I've got a bit of a problem with eczema on my scrotum and my dermatologist told me to use Mometasone Furoate Cream IP ELOCON every night. But when I looked it up, I read that it shouldn't be used on the groin area. It hurt a little at first but seemed to get better after that. I'm just really concerned and wondering if it's okay to keep using this cream. Could it affect sperm production since Im applying it directly on the scrotum? I'm pretty worried about this.

Clopivate cream for local application is advise for 7 days, if any side -effects dermatologist opinion is advised .
