I've been using Panderm cream on my face for like 34 years, and at first, I was really happy because it made my face lighter. But now I'm hearing it's got steroids in it. I'm 22 and I've been dealing with hair loss and thinning for quite a few years now. I've tried a bunch of medications but they just haven't worked for me. Recently, I've noticed that the density of my hair seems to have really decreased, especially in the front and sides of my head. I don't have any medical conditions like thyroid issues or anything like that. Can you suggest some natural and medical ways to address this?
