I've been using Panderm cream on my face for like 34 years, and at first, I was really happy because it made my face lighter. But now I'm hearing it's got steroids in it. If I stop using it for even just a couple of days, my face gets dark, itchy, and rashy. Plus, I started noticing more hair on my face after using it. I'm really curious about improving my skin health and I've heard that drinking carrot juice every day could help make my skin glow and become clearer. Also, I've read that staying hydrated by drinking lots of water can give you radiant skin. I'm wondering, is there any truth to this? Are there specific benefits to carrot juice for the skin, and how much water should I aim to drink daily for the best results?
Drinking carrot juice daily can help promote glowing skin due to its high beta-carotene content, and drinking plenty of water can also contribute to radiant skin by hydrating and flushing out toxins.

I've been dealing with a lot of itching and irritation, especially in my private area, and I've found that using prickly heat powder after a shower really helps. I'm wondering if it's safe to use it every day in that sensitive area or if it might cause any issues in the long run. Is this a normal practice, or should I be concerned about any side effects?
No,it is not advised .
