I've been using Panderm Plus cream for over a year, but I would stop and start using it again. Initially, my skin was clear, but then I started getting one or two pimples. I saw a doctor who told me to stop using the cream because it has steroids. Now I'm using Derma Dew soap and Kojic cream for the pimple marks. I'm really worried about the effects of the steroid on my skin. Can you tell me more about the side effects, and will the new products help with the pimple marks?

View allI've had a burn scar on my left chest since I was 3 when boiling water spilled on me. Now that I'm 18, it gets really irritated and tender by the end of the day when my clothes rub against it. Sometimes there's this dull, stabbing pain too. I've been using aloe vera gel, which helps cool it down, but once it dries, the irritation comes back. There's no inflammation or infection, though. Do you think I should see a doctor about this?
Yes that needs evaluation, visit Dermatologist for appropriate management

I'm 20 and I've started noticing something odd with my beard it's usually full dark, but now I've got about 15 hairs turning brown. I'm a bit puzzled since no one in my family, including my brother, has a brown beard. I'm trying to figure out if this is just normal or if it's a sign it might go grey soon. Could it be due to poor nutrients, or maybe too much sun exposure? What's really causing this?
Don't worry, 15 brown hairs in a full dark beard is a minor change. _Normal Variation_: It's common for beards to have a few stray hairs of different colors. _Possible Causes_: 1. _Sun exposure_: Sunlight can lighten or change hair color. 2. _Nutritional variations_: Minor fluctuations in vitamin or mineral intake might affect hair color. 3. _Hormonal changes_: Hormonal fluctuations can influence hair growth and color. _Unlikely to Turn Gray Soon_: 15 brown hairs don't indicate imminent graying. _Monitor and Maintain_: 1. _Keep an eye on changes_: If the brown hairs increase or spread, consult a doctor. 2. _Maintain a balanced diet_: Ensure adequate vitamins and minerals. 3. _Protect your beard from sun damage_: Use a hat or hair products with SPF. Consult a doctor if you're concerned or notice significant changes.

I've been thinking about using Kojie San soap for skin whitening, but I'm not sure if it's the best choice. Are there any other soaps that might work better for this? I'm curious about which products provide good results and are safe to use. Can you give me some advice?
Acnelak soap is advised to the patient or tetmosol soap is advised to the patient.
