I've been using preservative-free lubricant eye drops for about 10 months after my LASIK surgery and I'm wondering if long-term use is safe for my eyes. Are there any side effects I should be aware of with either preservative or preservative-free drops? I'm a bit concerned about potential harm from using them for so long.

It depends. Every LASIK patient experiences different levels of dryness and can use preservative-free eye drops after LASIK until the dryness abates. However, if you experience extreme and persistent dryness, do bring it to the attention of your doctor.

View allI recently got an eye checkup and found out I have 0.75 CYL in my prescription. I really don't want to wear glasses or contacts or go for surgery. The doctor recommended glasses, but I'm not keen on that. Are there any natural ways to improve my eyesight, like diet changes or simple eye exercises?
0.75 CYL may be managed with exercises and screen hygiene, but no proven natural cure—glasses or contact lenses are most effective.

I had ICL surgery 5 years back and lately I've been experiencing really bad dryness in my eyes only at night before bed. I use my laptop for about 9-10 hours daily and tried Refresh tear drops but they don't seem to help much at night. What else can I try to relieve this dryness
Apollo Hospital is best for it.
