I've been using Tretinoin 0.25 cream regularly, and it worked wonders for making my skin bright and tan-free. But after moving to Mumbai post-marriage, my skin's gone dull, and I've started getting pimples. I still use the same cream, yet my face looks lackluster and off. Could you give me some advice on how to fix this?

View allI'm a bit worried about my skin. I've been using this cream for about 6 months, but I've started to notice my skin is getting really thin. Now I'm concerned about stopping it because I've heard there can be some scary side effects, like this thing they call permanent pig. Can you help me figure out the best way to stop using it without dealing with these side effects? I'm really looking for an alternative or anything that might help ease this transition.

I've got these lesions all over my body and they're really itchy. Plus, I've developed some thick blisters on my hands and palms. I tried using permethrin cream and taking ivermectin 12, but nothing seems to be helping. What could this be, and what should I do next?

I'm having these irritated sores or bumps, kind of like cysts, near my anus and in the butt crack. They've been there for a week, hurt, sometimes itch, and they release pus. They started as white pimple-like bumps. It gets worse when I sit or if urine gets on them. I noticed them after I shaved and wore dry pads that ended up rubbing against that area a couple of days after shaving. Could this be some kind of diaper rash or something more serious?
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
