I've been using Zole F for my scrotal dermatitis for a couple of days now, and I'm starting to worry because I've been sweating a lot where I applied it. The skin around that area has gotten darker, and now the top layer is peeling. Is this something I should be concerned about? Does it sound normal to you?

View allI'm noticing that the skin on either side of my nose is turning black, and it seems to be getting worse with each passing day. I'm really worried about this. Can you help me figure out what's going on and how I can make it stop or reduce it?
The blackening of the skin on both sides of your nose may be due to a condition called seborrheic dermatitis. I recommend using a topical antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole 1% cream twice daily on the affected areas. In addition, you can use a mild steroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% cream once daily to reduce inflammation. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid picking or scratching at the skin. If the condition does not improve or worsens, please follow up with a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I've noticed some warts have popped up on my inner thigh recently and the skin around them is kind of scaly. I'm wondering if homeopathy could help with this. Could you give me some advice?
Warts can be treated with homeopathic medicine. Thuja occidentalis is a common remedy for warts.
