I've been waking up with a throat problem and a sour taste, plus there are these bumps in my throat. They gave me raciper 40 and zentel for it. A little over a year ago, I had jaundice. Is it okay for me to take zentel given my history?

I'm really worried about my mom. She's been taking Deriphyllin R 300 for her condition, but now she's having some issues with her stomach. I'm wondering if switching her to Deriphyllin OD 300 might help. Could that make a difference, or should I be concerned about any side effects?

Yes.

I'm worried about my brother. His SGOT is at 80 and SGPT is 50. He doesn't drink much, maybe once a month, and he's on the heavier side. My dad had hepatitis B, but my brother was tested four years ago after my dad passed away, and his test came back negative. I'm really concerned about what could be going on with him. Could you help figure out what's happening?

As you say he is fat there could be Hepatitis ,and is reversible, visit Gastroenterologist for appropriate management

I'm 70 and I've been using Kayam Churna for regular bowel movements, but its starting to give me acidity and mess with my sleep. I exercise regularly and stick to a veg diet with plenty of fiber. I've tried Cremilax for the past few days, and it seems to work well. How long can I safely continue using Cremilax?
