I've been working out 5 days a week, mixing between light and hard exercises, but I've noticed that I bleed vaginally every single time. It's been happening more often in the past 2 months and I've been in this routine for 6 years. I'm really confused because I'm a virgin, so it can't be anything sexual, and my periods are regular. Plus, I've never used birth control. What's going on?

It's concerning that you're experiencing vaginal bleeding during every workout, especially if it's been happening more frequently. This could be related to hormonal imbalances, stress, or even physical strain. I strongly recommend consulting a gynecologist to rule out any underlying conditions and get a proper diagnosis.

View allI'm currently using a Symbicort 320 inhaler and I'm a bit worried about how to manage it after my c-section delivery. I'm concerned I might not be able to inhale it properly when the time comes, considering the incision and all. Could you advise me on any alternative medications I should consider for that period? I'm at 30 weeks and 0 days into my pregnancy today.

I'm a little worried because my last period was on June 16th and it hasn't started in July at all. It's been 23 days since my period was supposed to start, and I just took a pregnancy test today but it came back negative. Should I retest for pregnancy later on, or is there a chance something else could be going on with my health?
