View allI took Tesco Recovery Powder for an upset stomach but forgot it has paracetamol in it. Earlier I had a cocodamol tablet for post-surgery pain about 2-3 hours before. That's 500mg paracetamol around 7:45pm and then 1000mg at 10:15pm. I didn't go over the daily limit but could this combo cause any harm?
To guide you correctly, a thorough assessment is necessary.
