I've found a small lump on the right side of my neck, about the size of a pea. Should I be worried about this? What could it possibly be?

I'm dealing with a really bad throat infection and can barely talk because of it. The cough just won't go away, and I've got this annoying throat pain popping up occasionally. It's been like this for the last few days. Should I be worried, or is there something specific I should do to feel better?

I've been dealing with sinus issues for a really long time now. Every time I have something cold, I start sneezing nonstop. Even when my room fan is on high speed, I wake up sneezing with a lot of coughing, and it happens in summer too. It's been a year since I could eat ice cream. I've been on homeopathy for 4 months but no improvement. I keep taking Sinarest for temporary relief and go through almost a full strip every month. Is there any permanent solution for this? Would sinus surgery help or will I have to live with this sneezing forever?

septoplasty for DNS is advised to the patient if conservative treatment is ineffective.

I've had this cold and cough going on since last Thursday, and my doctor put me on Azitab 500 for five days. I took a Covid test on Monday, and thankfully it came back negative. But now, since Tuesday, I can't smell or taste anything properly. It's frustrating because all I can taste is this constant sour flavor. Do you think I should get tested for Covid again?

Patient is advised to continue tab azitab 500mg for 5 days.
