I've got a 10mm stone in my right kidney and it's been causing me some on-and-off pain on the right side of my stomach. I'm really concerned about it and was wondering if you could share some advice or insights on what I should do or expect. It's been quite uncomfortable, and Im just trying to figure out the best way forward.

Forteo and Terifrac are essentially the same medication, teriparatide, used to treat osteoporosis. The difference lies in the manufacturer:
- Forteo: Eli Lilly and Company
- Terifrac: Sun Pharmaceutical Industries
Since your mother has used Terifrac for 6 months, it's likely okay to continue. However, consult her doctor to:
- Assess progress
- Determine if switching to Forteo is necessary
- Discuss potential side effects and long-term treatment plans
Typically, teriparatide treatment is limited to 24 months.

View allI'm a bit worried because I've noticed a change in my urine color; it's turned orange. I'm also experiencing some stomach discomfort. Could this be caused by taking Supradyn capsules? And if it's not related to that, what else might be causing orange urine?
Supradyn capsules, a multivitamin supplement, are unlikely to cause a change in urine color or stomachache; orange urine can indicate dehydration, consumption of foods like carrots or rhubarb, or supplements containing riboflavin (B2) or beta-carotene, but it can also be a sign of an underlying medical condition, such as liver or kidney disease, so if you're concerned consult urologist

Is there a way to treat varicocele without surgery? I've been having pain in my scrotum and already got a scan done but I'm worried about surgical options
Yes, there are non-surgical ways to treat varicoceles, especially if the condition is not causing significant pain or fertility issues. Varicocele embolization, a minimally invasive procedure, is a common alternative to surgery. Lifestyle changes, pain management, and monitoring can also be effective options.

Can semen really get through clothes? I've heard that sperm can move with seminal fluid and get through two layers of clothing. Should I be worried about this?
Yes, it is possible for sperm to pass through two layers of clothing along with seminal fluid. However, the chances of sperm successfully reaching the vagina and resulting in pregnancy in this scenario are very low. To reduce the risk of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, it is important to use proper protection such as condoms.
