I've got 5.3mm gallstones but no major pain, just occasional back discomfort do I really need surgery or are there meds that can dissolve them

Having 5.3mm gallstones and no major pain is common, and in most cases, these gallstones don't require treatment. These are often called "silent stones" because they don't interfere with the gallbladder's function or cause any noticeable symptoms. However, it's important to be aware of potential future issues and to consult with a doctor to discuss your specific situation.

View allI've been feeling really weird and tried to make myself vomit by putting my hand in my mouth. But when I spit, I noticed some blood type saliva and felt like something was stuck in my throat. I'm seriously worried. Do you think it's because I put too much pressure on my throat, or maybe my nails caused some bleeding? There weren't large amounts of blood, just some small specks. No other health problems here, and my recent CBC was all normal. What could be causing this? Please help, I'm really scared.

I've been having really sticky and soft stools for a couple of days now and it feels like I'm not fully emptying my bowels. I had a colonoscopy done about 40 days ago, and everything seemed normal in the results. What could be causing the sticky stool?

I'm having this really uncomfortable pain in my lower left abdomen, and it seems to be spreading to my back. It hurts even more when I'm sitting down, especially on the back side. I'm not sure why this is happening. Should I be worried about it? What could be causing this kind of pain?
Could be indicative of a kidney stone. I would recommend taking over-the-counter pain relief medication such as Tylenol (acetaminophen) 500mg every 4-6 hours as needed for pain. It is important to drink plenty of water to help flush out the kidney stone. If the pain persists or worsens, please seek medical attention for further evaluation and management.
