I've got about 6 sebaceous cysts on my scrotum and I'm thinking about getting them surgically removed. What are the risks involved with this procedure? Also, any idea about the surgery cost in Bangalore and can you recommend a good doctor or hospital for this?

I'm having a bit of an issue with my foreskin not being able to pull back over the head of my penis because its too tight. From what Ive read, it seems like it might be phimosis. When I was a kid, a small part of my foreskin was cut by a doctor because it got stuck and wouldn't return to its normal position. There's an image attached for reference. My foreskin feels really tight when I get an erection and it's causing discomfort. I don't have issues when I'm not erect, but during arousal, it gets too tight. Is there any way to fix this without surgery? I'd prefer non-surgical options if possible.

Topical steroid creams and stretching exercises may help phimosis; consult a urologist before considering circumcision.

my 2 year old son has a tight foreskin that balloons when he pees and the doctor recommended circumcision but I'm really hoping there's another option besides surgery is there any alternative treatment we can try first
