I've got acne scars on both of my cheeks and still get some acne too. Can you recommend a good night cream that might help with reducing these scars and acne?

Ive been having these boil-like pimples in my suprapubic area again. I had the same issue about a year ago and it hung around for two years before disappearing on its own. Now, after about 9 months of being clear, theyve come back in the same spot. Im seeing about 10 of them now, and a couple have started growing on my penis too. Last year, I had a skin biopsy and the doctor said it wasnt cancerous, but Im worried since theyre popping up again. Im sexually active and I do drink whisky or beer pretty often. Can you tell me what this might be, what causes it, and if theres a permanent treatment for it?
