I've got this boil on my scrotum, kind of like it's filled with pus and a bit of blood at the bottom. It doesn't really hurt, but when my thighs rub against it, I get this slight burning sensation. Should I be worried or get it checked out?

I've been dealing with exfoliative cheilitis for around 6 years now, ever since I started taking some antibiotics, and it's been really tough.
