I've got a burn on my right leg, just above the foot, from falling onto a bike silencer that was on last Sunday, and now my foot's really swollen. Could you suggest some medicine or treatment to help with the swelling and pain?

I've been experiencing these red rashes that seem to show up only in the evenings and last for about 23 hours. They tend to vanish soon after I take an Allegra tablet but frustratingly pop up again after 48 hours when evening arrives. Weirdly, this only happens when I'm in Mumbai or on a working day, and it started around August. Last year, a 10-day course of Allegra seemed to solve the issue completely. Im really curious and a bit worried about why this is happening. What could be causing these rashes, and how can I get rid of them for good?
