I've got a burn on my right leg, just above the foot, from falling onto a bike silencer that was on last Sunday, and now my foot's really swollen. Could you suggest some medicine or treatment to help with the swelling and pain?

I'm considering switching from Skinlite cream, which I stopped using after my dermatologist suggested Botanica 3D serum. I saw good results with the serum, but now another dermatologist has recommended Depiwhite cream for skin lightening.
