I've got this cut or rash on my testicles from playing outside in the heat, and I'm wondering if it's okay to use clindamycin and adapalene gel on it since I know they're antibiotics. Is this the right thing to use, or should I try something else?

View allI've been dealing with acne scars left from a breakout I had about three months ago. While the acne itself is gone, the scars have stuck around and I'm really looking for a cream or something that can help lighten and reduce them. Could you recommend something that works well for this? I'm feeling a bit self-conscious about these scars.

I've been struggling with tinea cruris since October 2015, and I've seen about 34 doctors and spent so much on treatments, but the issue just won't go away. At first, it seemed like the treatments were working a little, but now it feels like the condition is worse than ever. What should I do? Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm thinking about using a derma roller for my face, but I'm not entirely sure how to properly sanitize it. I'm wondering if it's okay to use Dettol or Savlon to clean it. Could you walk me through the sanitizing process? I'm a bit worried about making sure it's safe to use on my skin.
While Dettol or Savlon can be used to sanitize a derma roller, a more recommended approach is to soak the derma roller in a mixture of 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or ethanol for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with sterile or distilled water, and let air-dry; this method is gentler on the needles and more effective against bacteria and other microorganisms.
