I've got this hard lump just behind my uvula on the throat wall, and it feels like bone when I touch it. Is this normal, or should I be worried it's something serious like cancer? I'm really anxious about it. Could you please take a look at the attached picture and let me know what you think?

I'm 27 years old, weigh 72kg, and my height is 174cm. Lately, I've been sneezing a lot in the mornings, probably because of the cold weather. I've also been feeling some heaviness in my head.
