I've got this odd white dot on my right thumb that's hard and hurts when I squeeze it or pick at it. I'm not exactly sure what it isthe spot just feels really weird. Do you have any idea what might be going on with my thumb?

I'm a bit worried about a sebaceous cyst I had on my right arm a while back. I squeezed it a couple of times and now it's turned into this black hole, like there's a hole there and it's just black inside. The lump is gone and there's no swelling, but this black hole has been there for months and hasn't closed up. I'm attaching some pictures for reference.
