I'm curious about Tenovate GN cream. Does it help with skin fairness, and is it okay to use on my face? Would love to know your thoughts!

I've been dealing with these weird spots on my legs and arms that break out and itch. I try not to scratch too much, and after the itching stops, I notice these purple dots that look kind of like hickeys. It's strange, but hopefully that's a good description. Then the area bruises and gets really tender. It usually clears up after a week or so. I'm wondering if you have any idea what this might be.
