I've got a pleomorphic adenoma on my left parotid gland again since 2010. I recently went through Sonography, FNAC, and a CT Scan, and they all say it's still there. Everything else around it seems normal, thankfully. My doctors are advising me to go for a Parotidectomy. I'm feeling a bit unsure and worried about this. Could anyone offer some guidance on what I should consider before making a decision?

View allI'm experiencing some issues with my nose lately. It feels really itchy, and there's been more dirt buildup than usual, which even caused it to bleed once. Today, I noticed there's an extra muscle growth inside my nose that hurts when I touch it. I also find it hard to be in cold weather, and sometimes my eyes tear up for no apparent reason. I don't have sinus issues though. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
Your symptoms could be related to nasal polyps, allergic rhinitis AND keep the nose moisturized, avoid irritants, and consult with an ENT specialist for further evaluation and treatment. They can help diagnose the cause of the muscle growth and any underlying issues.
