I've got a pleomorphic adenoma on my left parotid gland again since 2010. I recently went through Sonography, FNAC, and a CT Scan, and they all say it's still there. Everything else around it seems normal, thankfully. My doctors are advising me to go for a Parotidectomy. I'm feeling a bit unsure and worried about this. Could anyone offer some guidance on what I should consider before making a decision?

I've been having trouble breathing, and my CT scan showed DNS towards the left with a spur in the right and enlarged nasopharyngeal tonsil. I've attached the scan could you check if the DNS is severe enough for surgery or if it might improve with meds? I've been dealing with this annoying pricking sensation in my throat, and it's really starting to bother me. It's right at the front on the right side and only seems to happen when I swallow my saliva. Im not sure what could be causing this. Could it be something serious or just a minor issue?
