I'm really worried about these bumps under my tonsils in the tonsillar fossa that I've had for around 45 years. They don't grow or cause discomfort, but they don't go away either. Plus, there's some white stuff on my tonsils. I saw an ENT in December who checked everything and said it was normal, suggesting I gargle with saline water or hydrogen peroxide. But I'm just wondering if these bumps will ever go away on their own or if I'm stuck with them forever. What do you think?

I'm a bit worried because I found two white spots on my uvula. I recently came back from a trip where I was talking loudly, and my throat ended up red and swollen. One doctor mentioned there's a hole in my middle ear and suggested surgery, while another advised waiting 3 months to see if it heals naturally and recommended daily steam. Can a hole in the ear heal on its own, and what are the chances of natural recovery?
