I've got this pretty big lump, even bigger than a quarter, right in my butt crack, about three inches from my anus. I think it might have pus in it. I've had smaller lumps like this before, but they've never been this big or painful. What could be going on, and should I be worried about it?

Should oily scalp be oiled?
Oiling alredy oily scalp can lead to scaly patches and red skin on scalp. If scalp is alredy oily there is a good chance it traps dust . lead to itching and other skin infection
