I've got this pretty big lump, even bigger than a quarter, right in my butt crack, about three inches from my anus. I think it might have pus in it. I've had smaller lumps like this before, but they've never been this big or painful. What could be going on, and should I be worried about it?

View allI'm experiencing some discomfort and pain when I touch the lower right side of my rib bones, and it's been going on for almost 12 days now. On top of that, I've also been having some nosebleeds. I've been taking TretinIso 20 capsules for about 7 months to deal with acne on my face, as my doctor suggested. I'm really worriedcould these capsules be causing the pain in my ribs or the nosebleeds? What do you think is going on?

I've got some concerns about this Permite cream I applied yesterday. Ever since then, I've noticed more red bumps popping up all over my body, and the itching hasn't let up. I'm trying to understand what's going on here. Is it possible that these parasites are just getting restless and are more active because of the cream? Or could it be that my body is having a bad reaction to it, like a side effect? Any insight would be appreciated.
Dermat opinion.
