Based on your symptoms and high IgE levels, it seems like you may be experiencing an allergic reaction. I recommend you start taking Allegra (Fexofenadine) 180mg once daily to help with the itching. Additionally, you can add Zyrtec (Cetirizine) 10mg once daily for better control of your symptoms. Make sure to continue with your current medication and follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management.

I've been dealing with chronic urticaria for about a year now, and I'm really not sure what to do about it. I've been taking 5 mg of levocetirizine the whole time, but I'm still struggling. How should I go about treating this? Is there something else I should be trying or asking my doctor about? It's been quite frustrating, and I'm just looking for some guidance.

Im a breastfeeding mom with a 1-year-old, and it doesn't seem like the regular flu because my temperature is normal. Should I be concerned about anything specific or is there something I can do to manage this better?
